I hope no one is thinking of using that old tire. A tire over 10 years old should definitely not be used and a tire over 6 years old probably should not be used. An old tire can fail catastrophically even if it looks perfectly fine. Most tire stores will not mount a tire over 6 years old due to liability.

Correct, and that's why I posted the age of it. I sell a lot of vintage Porsche wheels, and some of them have a 'concours' set that is only used to go from the trailer to the lawn and back, but they are dated correctly.
