Ok, I'm going to do cliffnotes, because the bible of a thread I was posting was lost when I pressed submit (got logged out and pressing "back" didnt help)
Reason for sale: Time to move on. Found nice new set of wheels, need to sell either (or both) sets.
Borbet Type A
16x9, et15
~21-22lbs
Massive lip
Tires:
Front - Kuhmo 712 215/40/16 80%
Rear - Nitto NT450 215/40/16 95%
Custom flat caps ("borbet" engraving filled, also spray painted and doesnt exactly match the wheel finish, but does the job)
Con: has slight wear around the outer edges, barely noticeable. People are usually just lost on the size of the lip instead.
Azev Type E
16x9, et15
~21-22lbs
Hubcentric
No center caps
Possibly only set in North America (dont know any distributors selling them and never seen them on vortex/ebay/etc)
Tires: Garbage. Will keep tires on the wheels to facilitate shipping, but at the amount of tread I'll have left on those, I would advise against driving on them.
Cons: There is some rash, cant remember how much because the black ones I'd have to actually pay attention to tell. Also (if you consider) spray painted. Two are silver and two are black. I can paint them w/e color if you'd like.
If you guys would like more info let me know... I'm at work so I'm going to scavenge online sources for some pics of the wheels. Just gathering interest for now. And since r3v wants prices, I'll say:
[drevil]One million dollars![/drevil].....or best offer :hitler:
Offer away... lowballers welcome! I need a laugh or two since work is slow and boring.
- Erick
PS: No I dunno how the smiley relates to Dr.Evil but I just figured I'd throw it in anyways.
Edit: Here's some pictures... all I could find so far. I'll take individual shots later. At least you can see how the Azev's look spinning in the rear :p
