You are not the only 1 maniac...I will be installing the proto this weekend and hopefully going to the dyno few days/weeks after that. I want to do some real world testing to make sure it will function the way I am wishing it will.

Thanks....we are trying to work on a mass production deal. Its really hard for me to quote prices right now but I will definately make it affordable especially on the group buy If I can get enough interest. I also have to take into consideration that people still have to go out and find an m30 T/B from a recycling yard. I will be talking to the CNC guy this weekend so I should have some numbers this weekend. Thanks

Thanks for the kind words Kaos, yeah I should have put that in my original post that dyno numbers will be shown. I want that dynograph to speak for itself. The C/F did'nt fly off on your way back down I hope? Im just glad you were satisfied with it.

Have you considered working with a larger throttle body than the M30 to adapt? This only gives you a 4mm increase of which you can modify a M20 TB to fit the M30 plate.

Have you looked into what size plate will fit a M30 TB? And have you considered offering this as well?

I have looked into larger throttle bodys...I chose the M30 because it is compact and will work with the existing throttle cable with minor adjustments. 4 mm is a significant increase. I appreciate your feed back. Just what I need in this thread.

OK R3V, the reason for this feeler is for market research. For the past few months I have been working with an aerospace engineer who owns his own shop. He and His brother have their own business and have been close friends with my Father for years. We have been working collectively to design an adaptor to mount the M30 T/B to the M20 manifold to increase airflow for all you turbo,stroker guys. We are 90% done with final test fitting to be done on my car Friday. After the necessary hones for the booster have been finalized I will be taking it to the dyno for HP #'s. I am putting my all in this product as fabbing is in my blood. A BIO on me: I grew up bimmers, My dad has had his BMW shop since 1987. I have allways been into motorsports especially Bimmers. I started wrenching with my Dad since 92 with more of the mindset of motorsport. I have worked with the likes of T.E.P, RMS and other tuners in Cali and NV. This will be our first product as we venture into motorsports. Before I push my product to major tuners, I would like to offer my product to R3V members.
