    Removing front / rear glass IS easy.... there is no glue or anything to deal with. I haven't done the non-pop out glass, so I am not sure how difficult those are...

    It's not too bad with the pop-out windows, do it :) you only have to remove the rear glass!

    I have to remove all 3 at the minimum! Although rear is easy to swap....

    I wonder about how long they think it would take? I really want to do a black one, but this is one of those jobs I'm not going myself. No way.
