I am assuming this is for an m20, right? Just wanted to clarify because you do not state that in the postLeave a comment:

okay...update.
went to the shop yesterday and the quote would be over $400 for a complete bolt up. What we decided to do is a y pipe into a 2.5 pipe then back out in a y pipe with factory flanges so the cat back could still be bolted up.
the flanges that would have to be made and the piping alone was a couple of hundred.
I ordered the pipes and it goes in maybe wednesday or thursday.Leave a comment:

LOL what is a universal test pipe in your mind? A piece of exhaust pipe that for $35-$55?
The OP is going to make a whole front exhaust section that is BOLT IN. Comparing this to a "universal test pipe" is like comparing an apple and a hamburger.Leave a comment:

well i'm running factory exhaust minus a muffler, so idk how much louder i want to go...but still interested. can't wait to hear your setupLeave a comment:

This will be higher then 55 for sure. This will be a complete bolt in xpipe.
I'm running factory exhaust as of now so we all know how they sound. I will be dropping it off at the shop this week.Leave a comment:

Very interested. So this will just bolt up replacing the cat to make it a straight pipe?Leave a comment:
