Did anything else ever come of this? I'd be interested if you're still producing them...

Miller MIG setup is not doing a pretty job on the welds, I gave them to my local buddy that is going to TIG weld them up for me(he did the m20 twin scroll).

I have to work around my day job and then see if I can get in the shop that my Uncle owns, but here is an update from today:

Double pass weld and bent the header to the flange to fit, I am not sure if I will have time to make many more since I am moving soon.

    Update:

To save time on production I dropped off my last set of flanges to a local machining shop that has a plasma table, they are getting a batch made up. So for now I am holding off on additional orders till I get the flanges in hand, I am not going to hold your cash till I get them back. I don;t like holding cash and making people wait with money out the door, it is better to just have you hold on to it and wait till I have everything made up. In the end I think I'll save a bunch of time working with locals vs mailing out the flanges and waiting for production/mailing back bulk order. Plus zero cost of shipping on 3/8" flanges.

Tothredline, I have the single flange so i can produce your set that you paid for. They are using that flange for producing the new batch, one way or another your set is getting made!

^ your headers are pretty much the last piece I need for my build. Im going through the work of building a very nasty b34 (aggressive porting, nasty cam, 1mm oversized valves on both sides, high comp pistons, HD rockers and locks ect.) All that work, negated by shitty exhaust manifolds.
