I've been waiting for someone to design a nice cross brace for 24V E30's and I'm quite happy that Ejnight came through with this.
My initial impressions were somewhat negative because I'm a tard :) The negatives aside the car feels way more solid and not in a bad way. The car feels way more composed over rough surfaces and man does it feel great when the road goes anywhere but straight :)
Now for the aforementioned "negative." I realized that I'm a douche and installed the brace incorrectly which brought some serious vibration across the chassis :) The two spacers that ejnight provides need to be installed between the brace and the subframe. I'll let the pics tell the story, you should probably be able to figure out WHY there was so much vibration.
How I initially installed it:
In case its not obvious, the brace was literally pressed up against the subframe.
How it's supposed to be installed:
I added another spacers just for good measure :)
I also wanted to show the clearance for between subframe and brace:

Vibration is now wayyyy more tolerable, its not bad at idle and nearly goes away at speed. I'm a very happy customer.
