Its a fair price. There is a lot that goes in to making these.

Hopefully soon enough I can order one from you, looking to buy a new e30 first and get everything sorted out. trying to decide how soft I'll need the springs to work with the cross brace for DDing the car. Basically trying to stiffen the main body while providing the necessary comfort for long drives. I think BavAuto Springs may be the softest compared to H&R's. Should cancel out the discomfort while impacting the rigidity of the car. I'm not tracking the car so soft springs should work well.

EDIT: will be running Billy Sport HD's all around

            What do you think?

Wow how pathetic is r3v, consistently wanting to go cheaper for higher quality. just sad.

Its not pathetic. We drive 20 year old cars, and we're in a recession. Just consider it market forces. ejknight has set a price, and the market will always try to drive prices down and quality up. Of course, that doesn't mean the price will come down - as has been said, a lot goes into making these, and only the maker knows all the price structure and if a lower price will work at all. But its not pathetic - just sad reality. If you can get the x-brace cheaper, then you can buy xyz for your car as well, right?

You are right that it's not pathetic, a very sad reality yes, but not pathetic. Here what you often find is that it's a bunch of kids not willing to pay up. If this was a mass produced product say something along the lines of what Massive Lee sells, then the request for a group buy would be valid, but since it a custom ordered, limited product the idea of a group buy for the sake of people wanting to be cheaper is more or less insulting to the seller. It is in now way an indication of what the market price "should be" as dictated by a few. Even in situations like say the RX7 Brackets in the Gb Section, those make sense since it's a fast easy order through a machine shop.

I'm all for getting things cheap, but sometimes it really annoys me that for a product like this, there are still so many who want to lowball.

Curious if you've made any changes in the design because of the fitment issues with THR lollipops? I still don't have money for one, but like I said, I'm curious. :)

No. It looks as if a very minor grind on the control arm will let it clear. I need to get on in and see. I will be gone for work most of January and February so it will have to wait.

Doesn't your m42 oil pan hang lower than a cross brace anyway? I was looking under my vert a few days ago and the m20 pan hangs lower than my cross brace and the m42 pan is even lower.
