I think leaving the amber as is and tinting might look better.

Was thinking about the same thing, he'll do anything custom for an extra charge...

Still just a ghetto system... you can dress them up, but you cant take them out.

A camera flash has the tendancy to do that...I'm still up for it.

I have to agree with what has been said by a few of the others. I would have to see a sample or two on an E30 first. Those tails on black Audi do look very nicely done however.

I'm sorry that I can not take off any more on the price. Please keep in mind that I use professional quality basecoats and clearcoats from PPG. I do not use those cheap hobby shop spray cans.

If people are asking about my information, when the list gets submitted to me, I will contact each customer, and will send them a form to fill out and include with the lights. This form will have my shipping information, along with payment information on it. All they need to do is fill out their information on there and send it with the lights.

Return shipping will be around $15. So the price will be $80 for the tails (after 5 people have signed up), and $15 to ship the tails back to the customer. Custom work is extra so the customer would let me know what they want when they submit their order.

im definitely on the fence, i was thinking about doing all red just because the MHW or whatever ones are way too much, im probablly in, i sort of have a feeling that leaving the amber tails might look kinda good, maybe do that then get all amber sidemarkers and have him tint those, what do you think? bad idea?

here are mine, i believe his would be similar:



the problem with painting the amber in red is that the spray tint may react with the red paint and it would look like crap (or it may not). My amber came out lighter than the rest because the paint ran over them and I had to wetsand them down which removed some of the tint.

Considering you're only saving $5 with a group buy, i'm not so sure that it's worth my time trying to round together 5 of you guys.
