Kidney Adapter Plate to Adapter (2 of these): 50 ft/lb

I want the 4x100 to 5x120 for my 1991 325i coupe. I purchased a set of e38 styles 5 in 16'. I seen some about a bore of 57.1 and whatnot, what exactly does that mean and what will I need to buy? if you can PM me please.
