I have run these as hood/trunk roundels and have a full set plus a couple spares for 70mm center caps. They are awesome. Jack is a great guy. He even replaced one for me because the ceramic flew off the base. These pieces are my most prized BMW part. I can't wait to get non-black car to throw them on. Keep up the good work fellas.

Ordered these via an email to Levent on April 2nd and got it one week later(Intl shipping). Superb packing and even better quality of a product. Thanks for Levent and Jack for bringing a such awesome product.
Pics were taken in a hurry using an iphone, therefore trunk emblem "BMW" is not visible.
Car is not black.

Any more pictures of these mounted? Brownie points for any silver cars.

THE HOOD & TRUNK CLOISONNE EMBLEMS
"Because of the finishing process on the cloisonné emblem, the colored surface is like a combination of a colored glass surface & a painted surface. The cloisonné surface can be treated like enamel car paint, with no clear coat. This surface is usually left to “cure” for 4-8 weeks. Then a cleaner & a wax is applied in two steps, to produce luster & protection.
A similar two step process should be used to keep the cloisonné emblems in “as new” condition. The emblems leave here with a thin coat of PS21 wax. Please follow the cleaning instructions below & you will insure many years of enjoyment.
CARE & CLEANING
"Do not use any acidic or strong household liquid cleaner on them as you risk damaging the painted surface. If the emblems are soiled, (oxidation, water spots, bug residue) use a small amount of paint cleaner (by hand) like Meguiar’s Mother’s, or 3M Finesse It, on them to clean & bring back the luster. Brasso also works. When the cleaner step is complete, we recommend applying a coat of quality wax to them, to insure that they are protected from the elements. Doing this on a regular basis (monthly - quarterly) insures the surface is protected & they maintain their high luster. You probably have the cleaner & wax on hand from your car - this process only takes a few minutes."
Blaine, the plastic film idea may also be a good solution - kind of a "CBC" (cloisonne clear bra). Thanks for your input,
Jack
