I'm stuck on the same debate too, but I don't have any other M stuff on my car. I just think the tri-color flag would look better and in the long run would give me more styling options in the future. Although I also think a nice dark royal blue could be nice... Ideas?

Let's put it this way, when I build my SpecE30 car up later this year or next I wouldn't hesitate to throw the tricolors on the car if it was Alpineweiss. It's doing what 3ers should do, race.

i just feel its kinda wannabe to have all this motorsport stuff when its not an m...know what i mean? i already have m pedals and shift knob and my friend was like wait, this is an M? i was like fuck,NO i dont know tri color is the shit though. some decide for me.
btw will the rear mount up ok w/the 325is emblem there?

If my M3 was Alpine (I wish), I would rock the tricolors. If for some reason I didn't want to legendary tricolors on my Alpineweiss, I'd do black.

Tricolor for your car in my opinion, although I could see catching some flak if you're running a slow E30.
