By the way, I took the time to read through the first thread and I'm not sure where you are coming up with buyer beware. If nothing else, that thread underscores Jean Paul's dedication to his business. Like every other small business owner sometimes communciation suffers due to wearing so many hats, but ultimately he's doing the right thing for the actions of a dishonest employee.
