You need the 20mm offset wheels.
Only the ix uses the 35mm offset wheels.

I personally think the 18" x 8" Kopi wheels will be too big for the E30 and not look quite right.
17" is about as big as you would want to go for the street.
We used some 18" x 8" on our E30 M3 and had to do some serious fender mods to prevent rubbing - that was with 245/40/18 tires.
Maybe a 225/30/18 tire would be better - if it exists.

18"x8" is available in 4x100? interesting...
