Sorry about that-I've been out of town.
We are still fighting with customs to get a release-it is in the hands of our attorney at the moment.
We have contacted LowTec about sending a replacement order-if this is the route we have to take, it will come by air rather than by ship.
Will keep you updated.

Mel it's been too long...we need an update. Even if you don't have a whole lot of new information, it would be nice to hear from you somewhat regularly.

Customs has not released our shipment due to contraband found in the container.
We are trying to get it released with the help of our attorney.
We will keep you posted as soon as we have confirmation of customs release.
In the meantime we have contacted LowTec to prepare a duplicate order in the event of a problem.
Luckily we have insurance on the shipment.
Our container was shared with 2 other importers-I assume one of them was trying to bring in contraband as in drugs.
