its been over two weeks of ignored PM's and email...
i have repeatedly asked for any confirmation that the item is on its way and have gotten back no response, yet his account on here is active shortly after each message letting me know he is getting/reading them and choosing not to respond. i have to assume by now he plans on running with the payment and has no intention of making good on the transaction.
