Ordered a custom chip from them for the M52 swap. I started having a problem where the rev limiter would kick in at the wrong spots (6200, 6500, sometimes all the way to 7200). Called AA, told them the problem, said they'd send me a new one; I asked if they could send me one for a 3.5" HFM, usually this is another $50 upgrade, but they're only charging me S&H on it. Now that I think of it though, its probably not the chip with the problem, the vanos is the one with the problem.
Jason also had problems with chips, and AA sent him 3-4 other chips without a problem until he was satisfied.
