Classy. Thanks for your business. BTW the reason you got your money back was because I went ahead and released the funds after I picked up the ECU from my old address. Glad it was still was there or this couldn't have gotten more ugly than yo' momma.

Ordered some stuff from his part out thread, sent him the money and a little while later he sent me the parts as promised. Responded to my messages in a timely manner and apologized when he couldn't/didn't. He sent exactly what I asked for and I'm a happy customer. My car is happy with new side trim and a power top to manual conversion kit.

The package was delivered at 11:01am on last Friday...I still don't see my money back in Paypal.

Not sure how you adults do things. What don't you get? Ill say this one more time. I haven't lived that at address you sent it back to since the beginning of the month. I specifically told you told send it to my new address. If you didn't want to do this just say so. I promise my feelings won't get hurt unless I haven't had my nap.

Anyways, you and I Wouldn't be in this situation if you had just shipped it back to the address given to you. If you had a problem with doing what I instructed you to do, you should have told me then. Not when you are spamming me all weekend "after the fact". To be honest I was pretty busy during the times of said spamming. It's the weekend and I didn't have time to address your every need. Notice how I started responding to you last night? After all my fun was over with and I was back in the comfort of my home.

I told you I would give you a refund once the ECU got back to me. Clearly you sent it to the wrong address now I have to check later this week if it is still there at the address you sent it to. In the meantime, you filed a paypal claim. Okay? The reason you filed the claim wasn't because I was ignoring you,(which I clearly stated I was doing VIA pm last night) but because I told you I wouldn't refund you the money until it's back in my possession which I would have to go check for later this week.

And to address the other issue of the ECU being "Damaged". I don't even know what to say. Looked fine to me. I didn't have a magnify glass on me at the time to check every square millimeter. The way you described the ECU it's possible it was involved in WWF cagematch during shipment. Maybe the box was the wrong color and it got shiv'ed. I told you I would refund you + shipping.

It's not about the money anymore it's about the principle. I owned up to my wrong doings now it's time to be patient and own up to yours.

You haven't owned up to anything. As I stated to you before I had my buddy sent it back to THE SAME ADDRESS which was on the package...which is the same address that you have confirmed through Paypal. For me to be covered by Paypal I have to send it to your confirmed address.

I specifically asked you in your For Sale thread is the casting of the DME was good? What was your answer to me when you PMed me?...do you remember? YOU LIED, then you replied back to me using foul language once I first wrote to you about the damage. I'm an adult and I try to handle myself like one by not having to use foul language while trying to express my frustration.

You have my money and you have the DME, I have the tracking number to prove it and since I sent it to your confirmed address in Paypal I'm covered by Paypal. If you wanted it shipped anywhere else you should have changed your confirmed address in Paypal and also sent the package using your current address and not your old address...which was on the package.

Maybe not wwe or whatever but def had a bout with a screwdriver or pry bar. Not something that will be installed in my vehicle that's for sure.

I bought a 413 red label that I specifically asked about the casting which he said was good...it wasn't. Then got irate using foul language. Told me to return item and he would refund my money plus shipping.

He has item back and my money, has been ignoring my PMs and I had to file a claim with PAYPAL last night.

I would not recommend this seller due to lying about item condition and the fact he doesn't know how to talk to his customers after the fact.
