I'm Hopfully nearing the end of swapping my auto 325i to a S52. I'm terrible at wiring and unfortunately my Google-foo can't match my ineptitude.
The engine cranks but wont start. I am not getting spark or fuel. I believe my issue is 5 cut wires coming from my ecu (red label 413). There is a black, green, yellow, brown, and non insulated (or at least no insulation present) wire bundled together. The ecu is also just resting in the glove box, I'm not sure if the case needs to be grounded.
The engine was running in an other e30 before being pulled (previous owner swapping up to an s54). I'm unable to reach him and live further away to make the drive up.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
