86’ 325e crank no start any advice would be helpful

I’m new to the forums, and compared to most new to BMW’s. This thread is regarding my 86 325e 5 speed coupe that I’m M50 swapping. The M50 is from what was my 95 325i convertible. Both manual and running and driving cars prior.

I’ll be as comprehensive with this initial post as I can, I’m no mechanic so itll be safe to assume any diagnosis I’ve done myself is probably a little wonky. Feel free to ask any questions or give any input as needed and I’ll do my best to answer thoroughly.

    chassis: 86 325e 5 speed coupe
    engine/harness: 95 325i 5 speed convertible (m50b25 vanos)
    ecu 413 red label (x2)
    condor speed shop harness adapter
I have converted the car to a single high pressure fuel pump and deleted the low pressure pump infront of the back left wheel
I’m pretty confident all of the wiring under the intake is correct
All new sensors on engine apart from TPS
Ive attempted to start with the new CPS as well as the known good CPS from when the engine was in the stock body (I have not resistance tested them as honestly I don’t know how to)
all factory grounds are attached as well as an added ground on the passenger side of the engine (making one on each side)

this is all I can think of as of now, please ask questions if you have them as I may be able to answer once I’ve remembered, i started the swap a while ago so im fuzzy on some details that may or may not be important.

Right now as it sits I am at a crank no start. With key on there is no fuel pump prime (right NOW, the pump itself is dead, but while still dealing with this issue close to 15 months ago It was working and the symptoms remain the same) (pump is on the way to check it off)
When key is in the running position I have no fuel pump prime, but the pump works when the relay is jumped, when it is jumped fuel will get to the rail, but the injectors will not fire, I have tried starting fluid in the intake and I get a few odd pops and gurgles (will attach videos). The dme relay only seems to be getting roughly 1.2v from the dme with key on. I currently believe the ecu doesn’t know the car is cranking meaning no spark or fuel.

The ICV humms when battery connected, even when key is out of ignition. Endlessly humms. Not sure what this means

Any diagnosis help would be appreciated, please ask questions if you have them!
