With the ZF it goes 10 degrees past stock? so 10 degrees the opposite way correct?

It will just be opposite; cad it out and it should be easy for you!


DOHC has MORE angle than SOHC, so the DOHC transmission mounted on a SOHC engine should be too twisted for the standard mount in the other direction

You should make one of these braces for the OPPOSITE combination:

M20+ ZF 5 speed transmission

Not all desire to keep the relic G260; and one can do a 24V swap in stages backwards starting from driveline first.

One other benefit is that ETA cars have Final drive ratios that already match a Zf 5 speed; 2.93 final drive is OEM BMW setting for M52+Zf 5 speed in a e36 328i
