I have a 325 expansion thank already I was going to use, the M3 one probably just bolts right down though which I must look into.

I have this hose, no10, on order from the dealers

Is that the one that goes under the intake? The other one simply just goes into the rad?

Just to do it neatly then, going for some sort of smoother/tidier engine bay with this rebuild and respray.

Jozi, I think you would have to run a long length of heater hose to the spider hose under the intake and then run another smaller diameter hose to the radiator. You might be able to sneak the hose between the engine and the firewall.

    Header tank relocation

Just spotted it in a thread where someone moved the expansion tank to the battery tray. Whats involved in doing this?

I'm in Ireland so using a RHD m52, I believe I need a coolant pipe from a LHD S50. Does the S50 pipe also work then or is something else needed?

How are the hoses routed back the the rad, particularly how can this be done nice and neatly?

    Something like this
