Motor prep after a long hibernation

I've recently been putting together my e30 with an s50 that has been sitting for approximately ~1.5 years. I've turned it by hand somewhat regularly to keep it from seizing up, but that's all I've done to keep it healthy. As I get closer and closer to running it I'm wondering if there are any steps I can take now to ensure I don't do any damage?

    What I've done/plan to do
    -Oil/Filter Changed
-Capful of Oil in each cylinder to keep the rings from seizing
-Tun it over by hand/Crank without fuel/Then attempt to start

I assume it will be pretty noisy because the lifters have probably completely collapsed by now, but is there anything else that is particular to the M5X/S5X engine family?
