Thats very cool to hear that they'll piece together a kit for us. I'm probably going to go for it next spring.
I'll be down for the M50 supercharger...i just got the motor in today,so it would be great to install it on while it is still out of the car.

This has been done multiple times, apparently. You can get their S50 OBD1 kit with the M coupe pulley and intake hose. Easiest through evosport.

I'd totally be down, however I'd hope it isn't in limited quanity. Also for M50s maybe?

I can't throw down 4.5k right meow though.

I just emailed evosport and the guy who replied said vf is 20 minutes from their shop and that they could get a pieced together kit for an e30 for $4500 that he said was bolt on. Sounds like if anyone here is really serious about it, you can get it very easily.

bolt on kits are well beyond $4k. i really wanna supercharge my m50. whats the specs on the kit, ie. pulley size, psi capabilities, price range? i have been tinkering with the idea of buying the charger, making brackets, and what not, but a kit made for the car would be awesome.

I'd do a turbo if there was a bolt-up kit.

Turbo. You can put together a turbo kit for under $4k.

    Check BFC's FI forum.

Well, having a vendor go to bat for you (evosport) might help the odds of getting something produced for an E30.

I'm not done with my swap yet, so I'm not bored with S50 powa quite yet. I'll probably do Schricks first, then see how I feel about it. 240whp (Schricks, 24lb inj, 540hfm) is probably plenty. But yeah, sometimes plenty is not enough.
