I am starting to prep an S50B32 for fitting in my e30. I picked up an M50 oil pump and thought I’d strip it down before fitting, just to check it out. I found some wear and I’m not fully sure what is acceptable.

Its like something got into the rotor and caused the damage/wear. I was going to buy a replacement but then I spotted the “good” pumps on eBay had more wear than mine so I thought I would seek some expert advise here first.
