S54, S62, S65 & S85 ECU and LOOM Packages for any car!!!
We modify your stock ECU in order to delete EWS, Canbus, Steering angle sensors, rear Lambdas etc etc. All the stuff that stops the engine from working properly when in a different car. Essentially giving you a kit requiring only power and fuel.
We can build a custom loom for your engine. There are some connections to be done when you receive the loom back. For instance the power cables, temperature sensors and 'Sport Button' (should you have one you like to have functional) Not supplied.
This kit allows you to have full diagnostic functionality on the car Via an OBD II Plug. If you drove into a main dealer they would see an M3 / M5 , be able to read the engine codes fully, test the Vanos unit and manage faults & codes.
We can add AlphaN mapping as well if needed. This is essential for track cars and hot engine bays in our opinion. This map removes the requirement for the Airmass sensors. This is particularly important on the S62 where the MAF sensors are so close to the radiator. It Also releases a few horses too!
The kit is based on an exchange basis: You send me your loom and ecu and I modify and return them all ready to go! (if needed we can supply and mod)
The costs are as follows:
£1400 - AlphaN Map and modified loom on an exchange basis. Approx 360Hp
£1200 - Standard BMW Map and modified loom
£950 - AlphaN Mapped ECU ONLY- You must do your own wiring. Instructions provided
£750 - Standard BMW Mapped ECU ONLY - You must do your own wiring. Instructions provided.
We will supply support as best we can via email should you require it.
Please consider postage and import duties to the UK when you send the ecu and loom.
The S54 and S62 are truly brilliant engines and great fun in an E30, The S65 and S85 are starting to take off thanks to our kits!
