Anyone want to take a guess at what exactly the PO was trying to accomplish here? Car was like this when I bought it. PO says he was in process of installing HID fogs. There are no bulbs in the housing. These look like HID ballasts to me but I’m unsure of what the stock setup is supposed to look like. I’d love to have HID fogs but working ones at all would be great.
