Recently I removed my boot lid to paint and upon reinstalling I noticed one side substantially lower than the other.
I can't say 100% but I am 99% sure it was not like that, before.
When replacing, I put it exactly in the same position it was, according to the 35yo marks in the paint.
Bentley only comments on adjustment of the closing mechanism.
I have tried shifting it around a bit and it doesn't seem to change anything.
There were no spacers or anything when I removed it, and I feel like the height of the trunk lip would dictate this so I am not sure how to proceed, other than raise the lip on the left side.
