OP those 1/4 panels look a lot like these I found on Ebay Germany last year... There was nothing in the ad at that time that mentioned who they were made by, so for all I know they may have been some custom panels.

It kinda looks like an s14 (not sure, but it doesn't look like an m20) under there, and has the rear window cap, trunk, and bumper of an M3. So it kinda looks like it could be (but not likely, hoping someone's not this stupid) M3 with non-M fenders, ugly e36 m3 skirts, and reiger GTS front.

But, it looks like a car from a place like Eurostop, so its probably just fancy ass (but kinda shit looking) fiberglass work on a regular e30.
