just noticed this. definitely NOT. as Aviator can tell you the MT1 he bought came from me. I spent big coin on it with Levent at Gutenparts.

Brad the fog brackets have those pins on them and they slide into the holes in the MT1 valance. I think I have a set of brackets I can send you if you need them. just pay the shipping

EDIT: just noticed your last pic. I guess that's not your MT1... the fog pins snap right into the MT1 spoiler. don't your E30 M3 fogs have those pins on them? I thought they were identical to the MT1 and euro fog lights.

Pic from Levent's website last year

so what's your plan on the valance? if you're not buying the 772 you can mod a US early model one but it requires modification as Damian / GT BMW E30 says.. there some good info here on e30tech though it's not really MT1 specific. your metal valance will be sitting behind the MT1 spoiler and not visible so that gives you options.

Check out this post from fporro it shows several different front panels. you can also check out that front panel and valance post I put up for front panel comparisons

still waiting on my 772 front panel - ordered it 6 weeks ago

    btw: BMW terminology

The front MT1 bit is called a spoiler
The metal bit below the bumper is called a front panel. everybody calls it a valance but that's wrong
The plastic bit below a non-MT1/MT2 car is the valance
On the rear MT1/MT2 bit is called an apron

you can see these labels in realoem

I sent you pics a long time ago. The euro fog blanks fit to the euro valance only. The fog bracket notches fit into each side. Then it is bolted into the valance with one bolt. If your using US valance you will have to modify the valance for the fog bracket.

Example of fog blanks installed to euro valance.

Ok. It looks like the fog housing/body fits right into the valance.

I don't. Sadly mine didn't come with the foglights, so I'm about to start on this journey.

Wish this guy had a pic of the inside/close up of the valance with these on. Do you have a pic of the fog lights installed from the inside Kronus?

I don't think those are deletes, they are blanks that haven't been cut out of the valence, some came like that from the factory. My zender's like that too.

On pic #2 there's the stubs I'm talking about. And like I said there's two holes in the m tech 1 valance that looks like these go into?

Ok I bought some used e30 M3 fog lights, look just like these.
Question I have is there is two holes on each side of the M tech 1 valance that look like where the fogs mount into since there are stubs or whatever on each side of the fog housing. Is this right?

That's what sucks lol. The car isn't a cream puff. It's just been cleaned up a lot. If you look at the car in person you will see multiple imperfections. I'm just trying to get this god damned mtech 1 kit on and it's getting flat out waffles rediculous how much $$$ it's taking. Oh well lmao. I hear ya though, I don't like half assing it. Never have. So what valance do I need to buy then?
