I'm looking at a 1991 convertible with build date of 4-10-91 It looks like it has the plastic bumpers like i prefer. It's not local to the car and the pics aren't all that clear. and part of me thinks the previous owner just painted the chrome to black.
I see some 1991 verts with metal bumpers and some with the plastic. Is there any rhyme or reason to when they changed that year for US? I can't find any solid info anywhere.
