So the piece of chrome trim that runs over the passenger window, flew off while on the highway a while back. Just recently I picked up a new trim piece. I'm talking about the 4 foot or so chrome trim with a 45 degree bend that runs from the top of the rear window, to the base of the passenger side mirror.
Now I conclude that it supposed to slide on, yet when I use the starting point the trim bends after about 2 inches, and continues on cockeyed for another 4 or so inches, but it will not line up correctly. Is there a secret to get this on correctly? Would a specialty tool help?
