Where do you guys go for reasonably priced bodywork in Mass?

All the recommended shops in the area seem to be more interested in insurance work.. where can I get some stuff done and not be charged out the yingyang out of pocket? Doesn't have to be first rate but should be "pretty good", and shouldn't be telling me to replace a quarter panel for $2500 when there' a dent in it.
