    Flush shot. Thinking it may stick up 1-2mm. Spraying around it with a pressure washer and I didn't get water on the inside. Ymmv.

    My $.95 e30 antenna delete

    I know it's been done and there are better ways to do it but until I'm ready to do a full respray (this winter) this will suffice. I stopped by my local Sears hardware and found these. I didn't measure first because it wasn't why I went in so I bought 3 different sizes, all less than $1.00.



    It ended up being the 7/8" nylon plug, part number 58140.



    Sits snug and pretty damn flush. Will check for seal when I get home.
