    Then realized you must be having a pretty boring morning. This thread was pretty entertaining. I figured it was for the climate controls, but didn't really care if it worked since my climate controls are somewhat screwy

    This, it was meant to be a housing for an ambient air temp sensor. But it was never actually fully put into production. I've heard of a few cars that made it out of the factory with systems that used it, but very few.

    As far as I noticed it beeps if you input wrong radio code in to stock radio or in my car it beeps when i try manipulate radio without car key in the ignition. I have a stock radio.
