I paid $20 for a good crack free one here at the junkyard...

...of course that was last year, now the junkyard is pretty much empty of e30's...

I can ship a very good one from the UK for you.
If you need pics, no problems, I can supply those too.

thanks rav, but im looking for a "new" one (i dont think you would be able to ship it to me cheap enough for it to be worth it) there are ones on ebay for about 400-600 AUD crack free from UK including postage where as a new one is twice that much (1300-1500AUD) but will last twice as long

i just wanted to know if this part number 51 451 884 482 which is the new OEM replacement dashboard for an e30 is made of the new black plastic and not the old vinyl on foam combination.

Australian sun burns that shit up 8-)

    anyone?

From what i heard the new dashboards are made of similar materials to the newer cars, not the same as original. Different texture.

    Not sure if true.

yeah already thought of that option, but i really want a nice clean, new plastic dash in the car

BMA have quoted me $795 AUD just got to see how much shipping is

lol bluntech said shipping from them would cost $1,100 AUD on top of dashboard cost

    It's $1,010.68 USD from www.bmwmercedesparts.com

    Part number 51451884482.

Of course I'm not sure if they'd be willing to order it and then forward it to Aus.
