    new seat belt receiver still available?

    I was trying to find a new seat belt clip receiver for a friend that just picked up a 318is. Can't find anything on BMA, Pelican, etc. and I remember buying one a couple years ago. Is this a dealer-only piece now? Would rather not get a used one.
