Heater Problem, heat from defrost but cold air from dash vents.

We noticed this problem a little while ago. Of course did the common things, checked the heater core, and the control valve though the problem doesnt point towards either. The heat coming from the defrost and floors is plenty hot.

I took out the dash to have a look hoping to see a door broken or something unhooked, however all the cables are intact doing their job. And all the doors are closing fully.

I decided to check the blower motor, as its making noise as well. All I found was a small quarter sized hole in the housing. The recirculate doors open and close fully.

Honestly I dont know what else to look at, obviously something is cutting the hot air off of the one vent tube but I dont know how.

    any ideas?
