*Door only latches sometimes and central locking is screwed up*

Hey fellow bimmers, on my e30 eta 4dr, the drivers door only latches sometimes. I cant slam it or else it just bounces off and doesnt latch. it also feels like there is no resistance when it does latch, unlike the passenger door.

My central locking works , but for some reason it doesnt work when the driver door is closed....


PLEASE HELP!!! at least the door latch thing...its drives me nuts!!
