NRG quick release questions

So Im looking to get a quick release for me e30 and I have some questions. I have been looking at the NRG quick releases and I cant figure out if I have to buy the quick release and a short hub or just the quick release, does anyone know?

For a steering wheel I'm looking at the Personal Trophy 350mm in black leather.

You're still going to need like a Momo hub adapter on top of the quick release. Unfortunately you can't just run the quick release alone. That is why a lot of people like the slim quick release because the hub adapter brings the wheels out pretty far.
