I have a pair of smoked euro ellips that have been on a shelf for about 7 years and I can't seem to get to the high beam bulb. I just can't get the housing (not sure what to call it) to turn. Any tips or tricks to get this to release? I finally found a replacement adjuster so I'm going to get these things back to working condition once I can get this bulb replaced.
