I'm back on the board, anyone interested in better rear light before winter sets in?
(BTW, price is lower, now that I have more experience building these up.)
Who is going to be the first to ask the obvious question?

Please email me for a faster reply, it seems the forum will NOT notify me when there is a message in my inbox, sorry!
(Anyone who can help me fix that, please get in touch)

Bump - still waiting for anyone who wants this, I need to pay a few bills, you need brighter rear lights.
Let's get it together- I have a set of early rear covers built up, I will swap with you, and you can get it on the road!
Make me a reasonable offer, I will send you brighter lights in line with your budget...Leave a comment:

Andy, I have to say I am very happy with how this set up works. I have your deluxe set and it really does light up the back end! Huge improvement over the stock system, I highly recommend this upgrade...Leave a comment:

I want this for my earlies.....the LED set of course...was actually thinking of making my own since it isnt too complicated to run leds...like you said the hard part is reflecting the light correctlyLeave a comment:

Replied to pms, thanks for all the interest. Weirdly, just had several other folks ask about this today... not that I'm complaining.
Boy, looks like I am getting four of these out the door this week - oy, vey!
If I can sell a few kits, I can divert some of the proceeds to LED research, just need the funds in the bank to make it happen.Leave a comment:

Are you still selling these kits? with options as in your 2 Jan deal? Also, I would be interested in a LED set up as well..Leave a comment:

Where indeed
Perhaps we should speak about your needs, expectations, and budget?
I am looking for a first customer and you seem to be interested...
PM, call, or email me and we'll talk. I am researching with a supplier that has essentially First Responder quality (bright) LED panels, red, amber, adn clear available for all functions. The trick is having them be visible over a wide angle of view. Think I have it licked and will be happy to share with you.

Check Panel issues?
None reported yet, I designed the system specifically NOT to throw false negatives. So far they play well together. I feel the check panel serves a useful purpose. That's why I did the research with my car (1986 535i) - to be sure it would still function as intended.
Any word on problems with check panel alarms, colorado_cabrio?Leave a comment:
