I'm in for this, although I certainly hope it is better that the last time I purchased a 'retrofit kit' from the retrofit source.

The lights on my Legacy still aren't correct...

Like I said, im sorry to put down any PNP bi-xenon or newer projector retros fits, but due to the design theres no easy way unless you hard install a projector.

If you have some projectors and a extra 'trash" set of headlights for testing then , yes you can do it.

I myself and a few others have retro fitted fxr's in out headlights.
If you have looked into my thread you will see the amount of cutting. Personally I finished my retro in 2 hours.. I could have done alot better. I did go back and hardwire my install but im not done yet.

If I were to do it over I would use a junk set of US ellips and some ebay crystal clear lens. That way i have the best light output I could. Ive thought about this and some day I will do this. It wount look pretty but will be for 100% light performance.

There are plenty of good projectors out there. However making them look stock ( 2.5" lens ) is the hard part.

Now, after testing a mini h1 projector in a US ellipsoid , I feel like it would be easier to install in a euro projector due to the back mount points. Its doable most def.

If someone was willing to pay I would do a retro but no grantee it would be the "shit"

Lets get some ppl in here for real about doing this and have open pockets, this isn't cheap.

TRS got back to me and said they've looked at the housings and unfortunately the way the projector mounts to the back won't seal well enough to their standards and they aren't comfortable making a quick retro setup for us.
