Just get some yellow bulbs from ebay. 100w DONE.

    Retro fit some es300 fogs...

For those who dont know, yellow dose not reflect off of rain/snow like white dose.

    es300 fogs

Yellow hid's have a bluish/greenish hue. I'd go with some regular yellow bulbs and yellow film for what you want

Why do you want yellow lights? So you can see less? So you can get pulled over more?

Why are you guys suggesting 4300k? That's WHITE, not yellow.

You want 2500k/3000k HID bulbs for yellow output.

How are the xenon depot 3000k hid bulbs? Are they very yellow like the Philips Ultinon 3000K bulbs?

your best bet would probably be 35w 4300k HID's. Any higher watts and it will start to wash out the color.
