    2 x Low Beam on 1 Fuse?

Hey everyone I have a very unique and random question:

I re-ran the wires which usually run over the wheel through the engine bay on the driver side for a semi "wire tuck". This required me to cut, extend and re-solder the wires...now, when I tried to check if all my lights/horns etc worked, i noticed something strange.

I believe Fuse 13 and 14 are the individual fuses for the headlights on a 1989 325i. Since I messed around a bunch with my fusebox to run the wiring, i must have at some point removed a fuse or two, plus some relays. When i put the 7,5 Fuse back in Spot #13, the passenger Low beam works. When I take that Fuse out of #13 and put it in #14, BOTH low beams work....

This may be a confusing or maybe even silly question, but is it possible that both headlights run through the same 7,5 Fuse on this year/model car? Did i maybe mess up the wiring? Because shouldnt the Passenger Low beam be running exclusively through #13, and the Driver side Exclusively through #14?

    Summary:
Fuse Spot #13 = Passenger Low Beam
Fuse Spot #14 = Passenger & Driver Low beam

Working...
