i've had my 89 325i for about a year now, it has a stock head unit and aftermarket sony speakers. about a month ago i started getting feedback in my speekers, either a crackling, whining, buzzing, or whistling, and no matter what the volume is on it it is extremly loud, overpowering the music. this doesn't happen just on the radio setting either, it'll happen on radio, tape, and the weather band. is this happening just because the head unit is over 20 years old, or is there a simple solution to this problem? also it seems to happen only when it is overcast or shitty out, when it's a nice sunny day it doesn't seem to happen as much haha.
