Has anyone ever replaced this? Is it all ONE cable from the radio to the trunk? I'm facing a bit of a dilemma. I get terrible reception. Even though I have a brand new antenna, that I had to cut up the cable in the trunk to fit the 'universal' jack, it still didn't come out right. So then when I had my radio out the other day, I noticed that reception would come and go. Then I lifted the cable up behind it: and it got better. Then I dropped it, and it got worse. Which leads me to thinking that the cable is torn, or damaged. My head unit is new, so it for sure isn't the head unit.
