Power lock in-op?????

My power door locks are not working. I can lock and unlock the passenger door and trunk with the key. Driver door will not lock with the key but will lock when the button is pushed down. Driver door will unlock with the key only when the button is pushed down. Both doors used to lock at start up. My car is a 1992 Mtech 2 App Vert. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
