Hey Guys,
I've had my 89 325i for about a year. During the time of ownership the key has never worked in either door just the trunk. Last night a coworker some how shoved the key in the passenger door engaging the double lock feature and arming an alarm I didn't even know I had. My understanding is that the only way to turn the alarm off is to unlock the car from the driver side with key. Unfortunately the key doesn't work AT ALL on drivers door. Now the car won't start because of the ignition interrupt on the alarm. I'm decently tech savvy but can't even find where the alarm is located. Any suggestions? Anyone ever had this problem? The car has to be moved early morning. Thanks in advance.
