I found this and it is a very good demonstration on how to test a relay. He is calm and you can understand him well and his solution is sound and easy to accomplish. We may already have something like this but it may be worth a sticky or DIY. A lot of people (including myself at times) have thought if a relay clicked it was probably good right? Hmm maybe we need to go just a little farther and we may be able to solve a number of problems.
